My name is Tamaria Rogers, I am working on my Bachelor's Degree in Education; Birth-Kindergarten. I went to Davidson County Community College and graduated with an Associate Degree in Early Childhood Education. I currently work at Davidson County Community College Child Development Center. I am married to my wonderful husband, John Rogers. Together we have four adorable puppies, and we are expecting our first child in August of 2016! We are very excited. Although this blog is a classroom assignment, my husband and I really do love to travel, we really do run the roads.

I grew up here in Lexington, with my mom, dad, and two brothers. My dad doesn't really enjoy traveling so much, so maybe that is why I do it so much. He tends to stay at home as much as possible, while my husband and I are out and about any time we are able to! My husband and I met seven years ago here in Lexington. For our first date, we watched the Freddy Kruger movies, and ordered pizza. I'd say it was love at first sight! <3 Ever since then we have been trying to squeeze as much living into our lives as possible. 

Time goes fast and these past seven years have flown by. I'm sure that is an indication of the future, so we plan to continue to make as many memories as we can while we can! We cannot wait to meet our beautiful daughter and share all of these wonderful experiences with her. So please browse my blog and get some inspiration on some trips to take!
